I'm Laura Otto, a people and talent leader with over 15 years of experience helping mission-driven organizations build top-performing teams. My skillset includes talent acquisition and management, total rewards, and developing scalable HR systems that align people strategy with organizational purpose.
Raised by two public school teachers near the Palm Springs wind turbines, I developed a commitment to problem-solving and stewardship. I have partnered with organizations in climate tech, clean energy, healthcare, and workforce services, focusing on building people systems that support both performance and humanity.

I've supported organizations including the Interstate Renewable Energy Council (IREC), WRISE (Women of Renewable Industries and Sustainable Energy), OneEnergy Renewables, Optimum Energy, the American Solar Energy Society, Comagine Health (formerly Qualis Health), and VitalSource Staffing.
I hold an MBA and a BA in Economics from Willamette University and am SHRM-CP certified.
