Laura Otto is an impact driven HR professional with over 15 years of extensive experience in talent acquisition and management, total rewards optimization, and the implementation, assessment, and enhancement of sophisticated HR systems and processes. She excels in project management, successfully leading cross-functional teams to deploy innovative HR solutions that align with organizational goals.
Laura obtained her MBA and BA in Economics from Willamette Univeristy and holds a SHRM-CP certification. Laura's comprehensive skill set and dedication to fostering high-performing teams position her as a pivotal contributor to organizational success.
